While I also applaud the US/EPA for this effort, it still leaves me less than excited. After all, perhaps they should re-phrase their opening to say- “Since the Flint water crisis has made it apparent to everyone that we have NOT been doing our job, we now promise to begin doing what we should have been doing all along.” That would make me feel a little more confident that they are being earnest/honest.
